First, go to www.VirginiaUsedCarDealers.com. Log in by entering your VIADA # and Password on the far left of the page.
You are going to be taken to the Welcome Screen. On the right, hover your mouse over “Manual Inventory Management”. A menu will appear, choose “Add Inventory”
Enter all of the information about the vehicle.
**If you do not have pictures of your vehicle at this point, skip the boxes labeled “Picture”. Follow the directions below once you have the picture(s).
**If you do have pictures of the car at this point, go to the box labeled “Picture 1”. Make sure your camera is attached to the computer and is turned on. Click “Browse”. A new screen will appear. Click “My Computer on the far left. Find the drive associated with your camera (Usually drive E: or F:). Double click that drive. Double click on the file that says “DCIM”. Double click on the next folder (the name of that file changes from computer to computer). Find the photo of your vehicle and then double click it.
Once finished, click “Submit” at the bottom.
You will be redirected to a page letting you know your vehicle was successfully added. If you have more vehicles to add, on the right click “Add Inventory”. Once you are all done, you may exit Virginia Used Car Dealers.
